The Duke of Ducktroit

After my little head canon post I designed a little icecream girl! I haven’t decided on her truck design yet, or anything about her and I have no plans. But she’s adorbsable! I kinda think the rest of the gang would be ultra tough manly men… Serving up Kane pops with bubblegum eyeballs.

Because of the lack of new motorcity episodes I have been forced to delve into OCs and fan theories. So my fan theory is that every afternoon in motorcity a gang of icecream trucks drive around and sell icecream. It just makes sense.

Ok I give up BUT it’s close enough to posties!

But I like to think that the duke of Detroit’s single shoulder pad is an homage To the character design talents of rob liefeld. Which, interestingly enough, would be the only crossover theme I could ever be interested in.

Soooome Mike Chilton character sketches. You see, I always need to practice male body types but I often don’t have too many males in my projects, as I like to focus on a different demographic in my work. So I drew some poses and whatnot for Mike. Lots of fun. Some got cut off but that’s the way it crumbles, cookie wise.

Uh Babs from the Duke of Detroit episode of Motorcity, from Disney XD. Again I just love the character design of this show, my favorite parts of this particular character are her hair and her shoulder pads. I didn’t really have a good reference but I’m pretty sure I got all her stuff :) this was just a pencil sketch I decided to color in, so it’s a lil messy

I can never catch this show at the right time but I do really like it. Motorcity on Disney XD. This is Julie Kane. I think my favorite part of this show is the character design :)
